Terms & Conditions
We offer generous discounts for families, church groups, special needs groups and for multiple day and weekend visitors. Please read our conditions carefully.
- Coordinators - why not become a group coordinator? If you bring a minimum of 10 people, you will received a FREE PLACE!
- Family booking packages:
Family Package 1: Two adults and 2 children under 10.
Family Package 2: Two adults and 2 children, one under 10 and one over 10.
Family Package 3: Two adults and 2 children over 10. - Only one discount rate can be applied to the same booking.
- Each person must be shown on the booking form.
- All outstanding balances my be paid on time. No late bookings or payments will be accepted.
- The discounted and free places have no cash value and cannot be used as payment towards other bookings and cannot be exchanged for other bookings or any other products sold.
- People Without Limits reserves the right to withdraw this offer, or to refuse this offer to anyone without giving prior notice.
- Ages are calculated as at 11/08/2012 (the start of the conference)
| Rate A: | Full fees must be received by December 31st 2011 or you will be transeferred to the next rate of payment |
| Rate B: | Full fees must be received by April 30th 2012 or you will be transferred to the next rate of payment. |
| Rate C: | If full fees received after April 30th. However, if these remain unpaid by 1st July we will retain your delegate pack until payment is made. |
Concessions
Concession rates apply for those in receipt of the following
benefits:
job seekers allowance, income support, working families &
disabled persons tax credit, working tax credits (child tax
credits do not apply) and any other government disability
allowances; retirement pension, Student Union cardholders.
Please photocopy and supply relevant proof – do not send originals.
Please note: our office staff are unable to discuss any other discounts either in writing or by telephone.
